Do you ship everywhere in the US?

We do. Thanks to section 7606 of the Agricultural Act of 2014, all of our Colorado hemp is thoroughly tested in order to ensure that it meets state and federal regulations.

What is hemp seed oil?

Hemp seed oil is a natural and highly effective extract of hemp seeds and is used in our hemp body care products.

Is there alcohol in your product?

Though we do use alcohol during production, the final product has no alcohol in it.

Will your hemp show up on a drug test?

Our hemp products do not show up on drug tests, because they do not contain measurable quantities of such compounds.

Hemp has been understudied and underutilized in the US until recent years, when more and more money has been funneled into creating hemp body care products to treat a variety of illnesses and ailments. Now, scientists are finding that hemp products are extremely effective for healing.

When and how is hemp harvested?

Hemp is typically harvested in October, when the most seeds are mature. Since seeds mature at different times on the plant, exactly when to harvest can be difficult to determine. Hemp is harvested with a combine tractor and is cleaned to remove stocks, leaves, and immature seeds. It then goes through a process called retting, which separates the fiber from the plant.

How is hemp seed oil made?

The seeds are first cleaned to remove all contaminants that could lessen the quality of the hemp oil. This also removes any traces of THC. The seeds are then loaded into a hopper which uses a press head that presses the seeds in a cold pressed process.

What is hemp oil used for?

Hemp seed oil is commonly used to treat certain medical conditions, such as lowering the risk of heart disease, reducing inflammation, or to balance bodily hormones. Hemp oil can also be used as a body care product to reduce the symptoms of eczema.

How much hemp oil should I take?

Because hemp seed oil is still new and isn’t being prescribed by doctors, there isn’t a clear answer for this question. Know that everyone is different and the dosage also depends on what you are taking hemp oil for, the quality of the oil, and the form. With that in mind, start with a small dosage (around 25mg) and gradually increase the amount.

What’s the difference between hemp and pot?

Hemp and THC are both part of the cannabis family. However, there several distinct differences between the two. Hemp contains less that 0.3% of THC and pot, or marijuana, contains between 5 and 35% THC. because of the levels of THC, hemp does not have a psychoactive effect and will not give the user a feeling of being “high.” Hemp and pot are also grown in different environments and look significantly different as well.
